#kinderblog Day 13 Do you want to dance

Going to stretch the number on this one. Sharing a song that my husband and I danced as a married couple at our wedding.

Love Is A Many Splendored Thing

Growing up in Montreal a big favorite was Paul Anka and the Everly Brothers. And then came the BEATLES.

The Day the Music Died

Then I want to share some children’s albums that I played not only to my children, but to my preschool class as well.

Free To Be You and Me

Songs by Raffi. Here’s one: Baby Beluga (one of many)

Ella Jenkins You Sing A Song and I’ll Sing A song

So many others. My favorite genre has to be folk songs/music from Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie, Peter Paul and Mary to Harry Belafonte and John Denver. Then there is Bruce Springsteen and Joan Collins. I know I’ve left so many out, including foreign artist (Edith Piaf and Charles Aznavour) and the wonderful show tunes that I enjoy. A go to for me is also Barbra Streisand, Neal Diamond, Carly Simon and Paul Simon. Feel like my kinders, one more, one more time. Better stop. All over the place, right?

Let’s end for now with Do you Want To Dance
